Condition for Return / Exchange

• The product must be unused, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

• The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.

• You can exchange it within 7 days.

• Burned product or product damaged with misuse is not claimable for exchange.

• The returned product can be exchanged at the request of the other product from the customer, or it can be returned instead of a refund (money) of the amount of the purchased product.

• After receiving the parcel, if you do not like the product, it can also be returned/exchanged within seven days with the same conditions as mentioned above.

• It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

How to Return / Exchange

• If you want to exchange a product then you have to send us the product through any courier service, when we receive the product our representative inform you through phone call / SMS. 

• We will issue a voucher code for the same amount of the product. Or you can purchase a new product of your choice. we will not pay the delivery charges only the product purchase price will be entitled.

• If the payment is made through a debit/credit card it would take 10 days in the case of money whereas in exchange for a product it would take normal delivery conditions.

• A flat Rs.300 will be charged for delivery.

• We at GadgetSavor value our customers very much and we know how eager you became when you order us something. Only for our customers do we have the easiest shipping policy.
• The order placed before 6 pm would be dispatched the same day.
• Lahore customers would get their parcel in 1 to 2 day after the purchase was made, whereas else other cities would get their parcel in 3 to 5 working days.
• If the order is placed Saturday night, Sunday or on any holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Shipping charges are Rs.300 whereas else if the order is made of Rs.3999 or above, No shipping charges will apply.
• On sales day as you know there are many orders to look after the delivery might take 6 to 8 days.
