- If you want to exchange a product then you have to send us the product through any courier service, when we receive the product our representative inform you through phone call / SMS.
- We will issue a voucher code for the same amount of the product. Or you can purchase a new product of your choice. we will not pay the delivery charges only the product purchase price will be entitled.
- If the payment is made through a debit/credit card it would take 10 days in the case of money whereas in exchange for a product it would take normal delivery conditions.
- A flat Rs.300 will be charged for delivery.
